Mr. A. Brent Chase has expertise in working with school age students and staff in weaving creative ideas in the school programs. He has become seasoned in the past 20 years working with schools. Chase is an accomplished musician and held title as director of multi-programs with schools, educational conferences, and social functions. Currently working on projects to educate Native American artists in small business development and entrepreneurship. Another important project is connecting youth with elders. and working closely with Navajo weavers and artist.

Our Most Popular program in Chasingwind Cultural Consulting is the Pollen Trail Performances. The young people who take part in the Pollen Trail Performance learn traditional Native American Dances and learn to show case their culture to many people around the world.
Show Performances: Navajo: Bow & Arrow Dance, Maiden Dance, Sash & Rug Dance, Basket Dance, Ribbon & Feather Dance, Buffalo Dance, Long Walk (Cane Dance). Social Dances: Two Step, Skip Dance, Round Dance, Spinning Dance. Dance of the Yei's(deities). White shell woman's dance, Mountain Song Dance, and Hajinai-emergence song act. Zuni Turkey Dance, Eagle Dance, Flute Music. Pow-Wow Dances: Men and Women Traditional Dances, Men and Woman Fancy Dances, Jingle Dress Dance, Grass Dance and Honor Dances for veterans or special events. And of course the ever popular Hoop Dance.

Artist In Residency
The Artist in Residence Program is a resource program for schools interested in having the artist come to them. Mr. Chase and his gang can be at your school from one day to two weeks, depending on the schools wishes. The TAG, Bilingual, Title Seven, art grants or any other grants are always great to use when funding the artist in residency program. Chasingwind Cultural Consultant can have an action plan and all necessary paperwork for your mandates. The end result can come with a performance for the school and community, the school is welcomed to take digital images. if time permits we can showcase or exhibit student work at your library or cultural centers. Program range from: Pencil drawing, painting, mini mask making, mini rug weaving, bead work, Dream catchers, feather work, storytelling workshops, Native American Flute lessons, Native American singing lessons, Native American Dance lessons, lessons in simple Navajo language, Moccasin Making, simple Bow & Arrow making, Paper Art of Native designs, miniature Hogan’s-traditional home to the Navajo People, Miniature Tipees, The artistic creations are endless for students to learn. Our store is new, we have plans to have more great selections of Native American Arts and Crafts, Music and DVDs of our performances. Part of cultural preservation is the arts and crafts our people practice for years. All the items are a one of a kind piece of work. We do not have our art pieces made in production lines. Each artist take their cherish moments with each piece, the pieces we have in our internet store is the style that we are making right now. When you order we make it right away. That’s what so unique about our store, you get a real piece especially made for you from the artist. We will send a signed card by the artist. You may see him or her on the website.
